A quartz crystal singing bowl placed on your back, belly or chest resonates through your whole body and is an experience not to be missed.
I currently use three Crystal Alchemy singing bowls and three Tibetan metal singing bowls.
The quartz bowls have a very pure wave form that is very relaxing and harmonising. The metal bowls have more dissonant frequencies within them due to their hand-beaten surface and this is more useful to stimulate movement that can clear stuck patterns.
