Group Soundbaths begin with a guided meditation designed to connect you to your electro-magnetic field and charge up that battery! This is followed by an improvised soundscape that you may use to journey into your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual bodies, using the sounds to dissolve and clear blockages in your system as well as to bring deep relaxation, inspiration and insight
Soundbaths at Sun Door: all mats, bolsters, blankets, and pillows are provided, or you can bring your own as preferred
Soundbaths at the Arts Centre: please bring everything you need to be comfortable lying on the floor for over an hour
